Description:
· The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of ServiceNow HRSD, which provides employee, manager, and HR functionality for Pay, Personnel, and Benefits.
Primary Job Duties:
· Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions for clients and customers.
· Lead technical teams in the implementation and operations of HRSD solutions.
· Engage with executive stakeholders to establish strategic roadmaps and provide thought leadership.
· Develop business cases and contribute to business development opportunities.
Required skills/Level of Experience:
Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts. Working under only general direction, provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Minimum 5 years’ experience + bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years’ experience; 6 years’ experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience.
o Architect and design ServiceNow HRSD solutions – 5+ years.
o Lead implementations of ServiceNow HRSD solutions – 5+ years.
o ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist.
o Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine solution requirements and improvements – 8+ years.
o Engage with client executives to generate roadmaps and recommendations – 5+ years.
o Create roadmaps for technical offering growth and innovation – 5+ years.
o Understand and design integrations and interfaces with other systems – 8+ years.
o Understand and design data models – 8+ years.
o Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications – 8+ years.
