About the Role:
You will lead a team, oversee print production from start to finish, and manage all project aspects like timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.

What You’ll Do:
- Handle key assigned accounts and related projects including taking and entering in orders, write up tickets for the jobs and work
- Provide customer service to accounts via email and over the phone seeing all orders/projects through from start to finish
- Create estimates new jobs
- Provide any order changes to pre-press or designers
- Complete purchase orders
- Coordinate with sales team on assigned customers’ needs, provide customer feedback to the group
Requirements:
- Must have Printing industry knowledge
- 1+ year experience as a Team Lead, Account Manager or Project Coordinator
- Knowledge about offset printing, flexographic printing, digital printing, foil stamping, large format, mailing, packaging
- Experience in graphics finishing a big plus
- Tech savvy overall, specifically working with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Suite (InDesign and Illustrator are preferred)
- Critical thinking skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed
