Must Haves

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentora team of four client service professionals to ensure operational excellence.
Collaborate with advisors and investment operations to support
- client onboarding, maintenance, and transactions .
Oversee workflows across custodians (
- Schwab, Fidelity ) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Partner with firm leadership to
refine internal processesand enhance the- client experience .
Coordinate with the reporting team to ensure
- accurate client data and performance reporting .
Contribute to
- process improvement initiatives across CRM, reporting, and private fund operations.
