Help bring the new, renovated, and innovative atmosphere of Castaway Bay Resort to life, engaging with visitors and delivering unforgettable moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Engagement: Host and lead interactive activities for guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable and immersive experience.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and facilitating fun activities that align with the resort’s theme and schedule.

  • Entertainment Delivery: Help coordinate entertainment events, ensuring they run smoothly and guests are engaged throughout.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent guest service and maintain a friendly, energetic demeanor at all times.

  • Safety & Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and safe environment for guests, in compliance with company guidelines.
