Work You'll Do
Assist in developing AI models using Python, focusing on agentic AI applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior developers to implement and test AI solutions using LangGraph and LangChain (or other agentic AI Frameworks such as OpenAI), and support the integration of AI models with Anthropic MCP in developing cyber use cases. The role involves participating in code reviews and contributing to improving code quality as well as deployment within cloud environments..

Qualifications
Required:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance w/ Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience with Python and command line.
- 2+ years experience in software engineering practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration.
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD
Preferred:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and other foundational languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Implement best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts and processes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in automation and AI.
- Knowledge with tools and technologies such as LangGraph and LangChain (or other agentic AI Frameworks, such as OpenAI
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,200 to $155,400.
