Salary Range: Experienced based pay starting at $39/hr PLUS shift differentials that includes $2 for Evenings, $1.50 for Nights and an additional $1 for Weekends!

What will I do in this role with Garden Spot?
As an RN Supervisor, supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in assessing resident care needs and implementing appropriate action
Implement nursing policies and procedures
Supervise staff for nursing department
Supervise the quality of nursing care provided to residents
