Shift: Evenings OR Nights

Salary Range: Experienced based pay starting at $39/hr PLUS shift differentials that includes $2 for Evenings, $1.50 for Nights and an additional $1 for Weekends!

What will I do in this role with Garden Spot?

As an RN Supervisor, supporting the Garden Spot Communities' mission will include the following responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing in assessing resident care needs and implementing appropriate action

Implement nursing policies and procedures

Supervise staff for nursing department

Supervise the quality of nursing care provided to residents

What do I need for this role with Garden Spot?

Registered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a licensed registered nurse.

Possesses initiative, judgment, dependability, and leadership skills.

Possesses the ability to work cooperatively with others and is able to delegate wisely.

Possesses the ability to teach skills necessary to the appropriate completion and documentation of necessary information.

Possesses basic computer data entry skills.
