Overview

Intuit is seeking motivated Seasonal Tax Associates to join our TurboTax Live team. In this role, you will assist clients with tax preparation, provide guidance on filing requirements, and support a positive, stress-free tax experience. This seasonal position is ideal for individuals passionate about taxes and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses.

  • Review client information to identify deductions, credits, and tax-saving opportunities.

  • Assist clients in understanding TurboTax products and services.

  • Provide clear guidance on tax questions and filing procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.

  • Deliver an exceptional, client-focused experience during interactions.

  • Support team initiatives to maximize productivity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).

  • Prior experience in tax preparation is preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge of basic tax laws and regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

  • Proficiency with tax software and basic technology tools.
