• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with flexibility in scheduling • Proudly serve a largely migrant and Latino community • Work with EPIC EMR system across various clinics in the Yakima Valley • Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care • Opportunity to make a significant difference in underserved communities • Position requires completion of a Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nurse Practitioner • Level 3 Certified Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) environment • Ability to participate in comprehensive patient care including primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management • Be part of an organization committed to trust, integrity, transparency, partnerships, and justice • Relocation benefits available for qualified candidatesCompensation:
