Overview
We’re seeking reliableAuction Driversto support vehicle movement operations at a busy auto auction site. This is an excellent opportunity forindividuals seeking part-time, flexible work. After successfully completing3–4 consecutive Thursdays, consistent performers may be scheduled up to5 days per week.
STARTING Thursdays only – 8:00 am – 12:pm (sometimes 3 pm)
What You’ll Do
Safely drive vehicles through auction lanes and around the lot (check-in → recon → staging, etc.)
Scan “Auction Track” cards (badge-style barcodes) at the start and end of each move for vehicle tracking
Follow lane captain/van leader directions and complete assigned routes
Safeguard keys and vehicles; promptly report missing keys, damage, or mechanical issues
Attend daily roll call, receive lane/van assignments, and meet productivity and safety standards
Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)
Pay & Timekeeping
$15.50/hour base pay (with an optional $0.50/hour punctuality incentive)
Hours may exceed 4 per day depending on sale activity — candidates must share their daily availability in advance
Timekeeping via
site sign-in sheet; billing routed through the- site contact
Scheduling coordination supported by a shared Google Sheet (managed by Anthony and Melissa)
Safety & PPE
Closed-toe shoes and
- high-visibility safety vest required (vests provided)
In winter, traction spikes are required (agency supplied)
Must complete brief safety refreshers as needed
Minimum Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a
- clean MVR
Must be
- 18+ years old and legally authorized to work (E-Verify preferred)
Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles (automatic required; manual a plus)
Able to walk, stand, and drive for extended periods outdoors
Dependable attendance and communication (use site call-out line ≥1 hour before shift if needed)
Must speak and understand English
