As a Company Operations Director, you’ll lead the charge in delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence across a dynamic multi-unit territory. You’ll oversee 6–10 District Managers and approximately 50–75 restaurants, driving performance, profitability, and people development across multiple markets. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, flavor-forward environment.
This role covers ourOhio market, with ideal candidates residing in or nearCleveland / Columbus.
Position Accountabilities
Sales & Profits
- Own the numbers: Achieve and exceed sales and controllable cost targets.
- Partner with District Managers to craft and execute bold, localized strategies that drive traffic and profitability.
- Analyze P&Ls to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement action plans that deliver results.
- Stay ahead of the competition with proactive pricing, marketing, and promotional tactics.
- Lead market-wide initiatives that elevate brand visibility and guest loyalty.
Guest Experience & Restaurant Operations
- Champion a guest-first culture that delivers fast, friendly, and flavorful service every time.
- Use guest feedback and operational metrics to coach teams and elevate satisfaction scores.
- Ensure every restaurant meets our high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Drive operational consistency through systems, checklists, and hands-on leadership.
- Be the standard-bearer for food safety, sanitation, and compliance across your district.
People Leadership
- Build a bench of bold leaders: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing District Managers.
- Coach your team to lead with confidence, manage performance, and create engaging restaurant cultures.
- Monitor turnover trends and implement strategies to retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Lead impactful team meetings and performance reviews that inspire growth and accountability.
Employment Standards
Education & Licensing:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience considered in lieu).
- Food Safety Certification required.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership or equivalent experience.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and operational systems.
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time.
- Ability to regularly stand for extended periods of time, talk, see, and hear.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written information such as procedure manuals, Company communications, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to perform intermediate math functions.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a normal restaurant environment where the noise level is usually moderate and occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions.
- Ability to tolerate frequent exposure to smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity and extreme cold. There is also frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood and produce items.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours may be required to meet deadlines, handle unusual workloads or to accomplish organizational priorities.
