About the Role

We are seeking an experiencedProject Engineerwith a strong background inheavy civil construction, specializing inunderground utilities and earthwork. This position will support projects throughout theKingman–Flagstaff region, ensuring smooth coordination between the field, office, and project management teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the

    Project Managerand field leadership to ensure projects are completed
  • safely, on time, and within budget

  • Coordinate daily operations with

  • superintendents and foremen
  • , including materials, subcontractors, equipment, and quality control.
  • Ensure strict compliance with

    company safety policiesand

  • Manage

  • Support

  • , including definition, scope, resources, and baseline scheduling.
  • Prepare and coordinate key plans such as

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Construction Managementor
  • Civil Engineering
  • , or equivalent field experience.
  • Minimum

    3+ years of experiencein
  • heavy civil construction
  • (earthwork, underground utilities, highways, or structures).
  • Proficiency in

    Viewpointpreferred; experience with
  • Alternative Delivery methods
  • (Design-Build, CM/GC) is a plus.
  • Strong

  • organizational, problem-solving, and communication
