What You’ll Do:
Provide comprehensive outpatient care in a team-based, patient-centered setting
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
Engage in chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute illness treatment
Build long-term relationships with patients in a rural family medicine practice
Minimum Qualifications:
Current Colorado license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or eligible)
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Eligible for Colorado Controlled Substance License and Federal DEA Registration
BLS Certification
