POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a local Nashville, onsite position (not eligible for remote or hybrid options).
The Estimator will be involved with sourcing quotes/prices from subcontractors, vendors and suppliers and work with the Senior Precon Manager to develop budgets for upcoming/ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate will also coordinate subcontractor agreements, scopes, and execute Value Engineering cost options when needed for negotiated & hard-bid projects.

- Operates throughout Mid-Tenn area & officed in the Donelson area.
- The majority of their projects will revolve around High-End Restaurant & retail, commercial office & hospitality mixed-use type structures with ground-up and build-out construction.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of Estimating experience within remodel & new-construction commercial developments
- Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
- Knowledge of the commercial construction process via the Estimating/Preconstruction role.
- Familiar with take-offs or quantitative lump sum bid/estimating process to some degree
- Skilled in Estimating programs and have ability to master other software systems
