- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all hygiene procedures run smoothly
- Review and update patient health histories, chart progress, and reinforce home care routines
- Perform cleanings, scaling, and root planing for patients with periodontal disease

- Examine gums, identify signs of gum disease, and communicate findings clearly to patients and doctors
- Educate and motivate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-focused environment
- Associate's Degree from an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene program
- Current State Licensure and CPR Certification
- At least 1 year of dental experience preferred (but not required)
- A caring personality and enthusiasm for patient education
- Balance of standing (60%) and sitting (40%)
- Moderate background noise from dental/lab equipment
- Frequent bending and movement in a clinical setting
