Primary Responsibilities Include:

Create a friendly and welcoming environment for residents and guests

Oversee the lobby and front desk area, answering calls and assisting residents, guests, and vendors

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience

Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication, organization, and management skills

Highly detail-oriented and responsible

Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Skilled in handling difficult situations and enforcing guidelines diplomatically

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and data entry

Ability to stand for 70% of the time and lift packages up to 20 lbs.

Ability to work weekends as required
