We are a busy chiropractic office looking for an energetic and responsible individual to join our amazing team. This position is ideal for someone who loves to be around people, help others, is willing to help other staff, and work in a relaxed, fun, and family friendly atmosphere. You will be working directly with patients.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must have excellent multitasking skills/willing to help patients with multiple types of inquiries.
Detail oriented.
Upbeat & positive attitude!
Punctuality and reliability are a must.
Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with clients and co-workers, exceeding patient expectations.
Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
Medical office experience preferred.
Customer service background preferred.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Answering phones in a professional manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
2. Check patients in and out.
3. Essential knowledge of all the services we offer.
4. Effective & efficient with cash, check & charge transactions.
5. Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
6. Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the practice.
7. Assist with patient therapy set-up and monitoring patients comfort level throughout sessions.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
