Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create memorable customer experiences through exceptional service while supporting front and back of house operations. While primarily non-selling, may engage in sales as business needs dictate.
- Provide ideas to implement innovative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience and efficiencies from the back-of-house to front-of-house.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service excellence.
- Balance operational tasks while prioritizing customer experience.
- Lead operational training for - brand ambassadors to uphold company standards and values.
- Provide recommendations to develop and implement performance processes to track and improve team productivity and engagement.
- Provide constructive feedback and ongoing coaching to improve team performance.

- Coordinate processes between Back of House and Sales Floor to ensure operational efficiency.
- Process incoming inventory within UPH targets, execute price updates, and maintain stockroom organization, including EAS device application.
- Execute replenishment activities including ISOS report management and floor restocking while meeting productivity benchmarks.
- Lead stockroom reorganization and reset initiatives.
- Lead projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, such as process optimization and technology integration.
- Oversee reticketing process, RFID tag creation/association, and merchandise return to sales floor.
- Conduct stock checks to support sales team and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Merchandise Manager to plan and execute seasonal visual changes, ensuring alignment with brand standards and promotional activities. Contribute to visual merchandising needs on the sales floor.
- Maintain proper merchandising, signage and visual standards.
- Compliance & Policy Management
- Support leaders on risk management policies to mitigate potential operational risks and ensure compliance with all regulations including health and safety.
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of retail operations, policies, and best practices
- Proficient with Technology; POS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, and weekends.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
