- Active Bar Admissionin

- 4+ yearsof substantive experience in
- employment law
- Experiencelitigating employment disputes, with a strong interest in
- arbitration and
- trial work
- Exposure totransactional employment work, including drafting policies, agreements, EEOC position statements, and DFEH responses
- Skilled in conductingdepositions,

- discovery

Key Responsibilities
