Hospitalist Service- Staffing Model:
- 16-20 per Physician – 84 hours of Physician coverage daily
- 12-14 per APP – 36 hours of APP coverage daily
- EMR: Epic
- 14 Physician/8 APP provider hospitalist team
- Dedicated nocturnist
- Intensivists onsite until ~5 pm, then on call

SalaryExcellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $125/hour to $150/hour.
