Overview
At Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, we're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team in Beloit, Wisconsin . This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional care, building lasting patient relationships, and helping every patient achieve their healthiest smile.
As a key member of our clinical team, you'll work at the top of your scope - performing comprehensive preventive care, patient education, and periodontal maintenance - while collaborating closely with the doctor and support staff to ensure an elevated standard of care.
Schedule (days/hours)
Mon 8-5, Tues thru Thurs 8-6
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We're Looking For
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification
Compensation
$47-$51 per hour
