Our client is seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join their team as Fiberglass Winders in their sewage basin production department. You will operate winding machines that apply fiberglass thread to create durable, high-quality sewage basins used in underground wastewater systems.

- Operate and monitor fiberglass winding machines
- Thread fiberglass through machine guides and rollers
- Inspect finished basins for quality and proper specs
- Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area
- Replace fiberglass rolls and assist with mandrel changes
- Accurately weigh and document finished products
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced, industrial setting
Winder Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working in loud, industrial environments
- Basic math and measurement skills required
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Must be dependable with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
