We’re seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to support the Senior Field Marketing Manager in executing local and regional marketing initiatives for Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants. This role focuses on the administrative and logistical aspects of field marketing, ensuring campaigns, events, and promotions run smoothly. You'll collaborate with franchisees, brand teams, digital teams, and external partners to help drive strategic initiatives for the brand.
This role is based in Tampa, FL and offers a hybrid work environment: In-Office at least 3 days/week, working out of our Restaurant Support Center (RSC).
Position Accountabilities
Responsible for administering timelines, calendars, project trackers, and budgets.
Process purchase orders, invoices, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
Maintain the marketing portal and organize records.
Compile campaign metrics and event sales results, obtain field feedback, and assist with ROI reporting.
Attend meetings with the Senior Field Marketing Manager and take notes as needed.
Coordinate events and campaigns.
Support the execution and communication of local events, sponsorships, and logistics.
Prepare presentations, reports, and recaps for stakeholders.
Ensure that field teams have the necessary tools and resources for success.
Track and execute requests, escalating to the Senior Field Marketing Manager as needed.
Coordinate with print vendors for marketing items.
Share updates with field teams and attend cross-functional meetings.

Experience
1–2 years of hands-on experience in marketing coordination, admin support, or project management. Bonus points if you’ve worked in restaurants, retail, or with franchisees.

Essential Physical Requirements
- The individual must live in the greater Tampa Bay area and is required to be in the Restaurant Support Center 3 days per week, at a minimum.
The ability to travel is required to attend off-site meetings and support field events.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods in one location, which may be restricted to the employee’s workstation.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
