Responsibilities:
Assist project management tasks including RFI/RFP submittals, processing change orders, and ensuring quality and efficient project completion.
Collaborate with ownership, superintendents, and subcontractors.
Help plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
Obtain necessary regulations and permits.
Order necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
Ensure projects align with agreed-upon plans.
Coordinate the full project lifecycle with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Ownership.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and ensure efficiency.
Desired Skills (Not Mandatory):
Entry-Level Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD, and similar tools/technology.
Some knowledge of construction processes.
Exceptional organizational skills.
