We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler in Sugar Land, TX to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and testing various electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience reading technical documents, assembling electrical and mechanical components, testing and troubleshooting systems, and maintaining equipment.

Electro-Mechanical Assembler Sugar Land TX Job Duties:

Riveting sheet metal, integrating electronic components into sheet metal chassis
Routing and securing various wire harness cables
assembling and applying RTV to computer circuit boards
Applying RTV to cable connections
Sub-assembly testing as required
Read and follow a variety of procedures, drawings and other documentation
Maintain good housekeeping practices
Work closely with other team members, including engineers and designers, to identify and address any issues that may arise during the assembly process.
Understand and implement Production Holds and Deviations.
Use small hand tools, Work with company software tools as required.
Understand the company’s quality system and work with it towards accomplishing company objectives regarding the quality policy and quality objectives.
Perform other work related duties assigned.

Electro Mechanical Assembler Sugar Land TX Assembler Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Good communication and writing skill.
Six months of experience with assembling Electronics or electromechanical assemblies.
Manual dexterity as it applies to wiring and working in confined chassis spaces.
No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever
Understand and apply workmanship standards.
Understand safety hazards and work in a safe manner
