Job Title:Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Pay Rate:$17/hour-$20/hour, based on experience
Hours:40 hours per week, 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday
Length:Will consider temporary while hiring or Temporary to Hire

What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet walk in traffic
- Find out customers’ needs and answer questions
- Schedule appointments for customer’s based on the service needed
- Communicate with customers on updates as to technician statuses to be to their home
- Filing, data entry and other general office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Must have Receptionist/Administrative Assistant experience in an office setting
- Experience scheduling appointments
- Excel knowledge including creating basic formulas required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliability is extremely important
- Attention to detail and excellent math skills
- Work well independently and comfortable working in the office alone at times
