About the role:
As Food Service Manager you will join a team of people striving to serve great food to our campers and guests, helping facilitate an environment conducive to hearing the Gospel and/or growing in their faith! You will be a part of leading a team atmosphere where everyone is valued and gets to have fun while working hard, training, managing and empowering hourly and seasonal staff in their roles. You will also own menu planning and manage all food inventory, as well as help with food preparation.

-You are comfortable managing and coaching direct reports in their work and development.
-You can identify what needs to get done and take initiative to see it accomplished.
-You can identify opportunities for improvement and will voice those ideas.
-You are high energy and can work on your feet all day.
-You are a proficient home cook (batch cooking can be taught on the job).
-You exhibit Christlike character and professionalism through all of your interactions.
