Role Overview
This high-level administrative role supports the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. Youll manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle confidential communications, and support strategic initiatives. The position requires exceptional organization, discretion, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and senior leaders
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and documents
- Oversee logistics for board and leadership meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Act as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Support budgeting and special projects for the Office of the CEO
- Track milestones and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Asana, Zoom, Teams
- Experience with board-level meetings and vendor coordination
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Event planning and project management experience preferred
