Key Responsibilities
Support the
Project Managerand field leadership to ensure projects are completed- safely, on time, and within budget .
Coordinate daily operations with
- superintendents and foremen , including materials, subcontractors, equipment, and quality control.
Ensure strict compliance with
company safety policiesand- OSHA standards .
Manage
scope changes, assist with- scheduling , and process
- change orders .
Support
- project planning , including definition, scope, resources, and baseline scheduling.
Prepare and coordinate key plans such as
traffic control, erosion control, safety, and- equipment mobilization .
Communicate effectively with
- clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Utilize
- Viewpoint for project documentation, cost tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Construction Managementor- Civil Engineering , or equivalent field experience.
Minimum
3+ years of experiencein- heavy civil construction (earthwork, underground utilities, highways, or structures).
Proficiency in
Viewpointpreferred; experience with- Alternative Delivery methods (Design-Build, CM/GC) is a plus.
Strong
- organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
