Role
As a Kitchen Tech, you'll be a positive and reliable Christian role model within and beyond the ministry. You'll assist the culinary team in daily kitchen tasks and uphold our hospitality standards.
Requirements
Demonstrate leadership qualities as guided by Acts 1:8 and Galatians 5:22-23.
Align fully with Comeca's mission and ministry strategy.
Exhibit spiritual maturity to support the growth of a vibrant Christian ministry.
The role can be stressful, requiring long hours and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing over 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities:
Assist with stocking kitchen supplies and ingredients across various facilities.
Aid in basic kitchen maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.
Support in meal preparation and serving to guests.
Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces.
Assist with setting up dining areas, including arranging tables, chairs, and necessary settings.
Report any kitchen equipment issues or damages to the Culinary Director for prompt resolution.
Respond to culinary team requests and guest needs
Help maintain and organize kitchen storage areas
Attend staff devotionals and meetings as directed.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including supporting cleanliness in other activity areas if needed.
