Qualifications:

  • Must have and maintain current licensure in the State of Rhode Island.
  • Maintains CPR and any other credentials or certifications necessary to be competent as a Registered Nurse in the NICU
  • Must be proficient in the English language.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and medical staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care processes.
