  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, support sales initiatives, and maintain strong customer relationships

About the Role

Our client in New York City is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Associate Account Manager to support and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of retail customers. This role plays a key part in executing sales initiatives, preparing high-quality presentations, and ensuring exceptional service across diverse retail channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day account management for major retail partners

  • Assist in forecasting, planning, and tracking sales activities

  • Prepare professional customer presentations using PowerPoint

  • Coordinate with internal teams—including product development, supply chain, and sales—to ensure timely execution of customer needs

  • Maintain accurate reporting, sales materials, and customer documentation

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and grow account revenue

Work Environment

This role follows a hybrid schedule withthree days per week onsiteat the New York office andtwo remote.
