This is a unique opportunity for an attorney with a strong background in sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management to work with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations.

Candidate Profile:

JD from an ABA-approved law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Timely bar admission will be a condition of employment.
1–4 yearsof substantive experience inestate planning,
trust and estate administration

tax planning

Exposure to drafting
complex estate planning

business succession documents for high-net-worth individuals

Familiarity withgift,
estate

generation-skipping tax planning strategies

Experience assisting withprobate proceedingsfor both
