Your Role

As our next Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm), you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our organization’s success. Responsibilities:
- Use Radio Frequency (RF) scanner to pick customer orders.
- Work with the Shipping team to box and prepare shipments.
- Stock and put away products from the Production floor and cleanroom.
- Operate Vertical Life Module (VLM) to pick and put away orders.
- Ability to navigate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement and 5S activities.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
- Contribute to keeping a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist Order Kitting and Receiving as needed.
- Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
- Reading and writing skills to maintain records.
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Must maintain acceptable attendance, punctuality, and working relationships.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous warehouse related work experience.
- Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience using Oracle.
- Prior Radio Frequency (RF) scanner experience.
- Experience operating a Work Assist Vehicle (WAV), Reach Truck, and Electric & Manual Pallet Jack.
