Job Description
- Perform and process XRays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them for interpretation.
- Unload portable XRay equipment and take into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician, ensuring clinically diagnostic, technically competent images.
- Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them for interpretation by a Cardiologist.
- Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and management, and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients.
- Maintain vehicle and XRay equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Critical Information
- Evening shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, 8 hours per day
- On-site work environment, with remote/hybrid not applicable
- One weekend per month requirement, no on-call duties
- Compliance with vaccination against COVID-19 required or proper exemption documentation provided
