Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)to join our client’s clinic care team in Medway, MA. This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in a supportive, patient-centered clinical environment.

Schedule

  • Hours of operation:Monday–Friday:8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Saturday:
  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Sunday:
  • 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Schedule averages32 hours per week: one week at 38 hours, the next at 27 (total of 65 hours every 2 weeks)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate:$74.87 (paid weekly)
  • Benefits available after 90 days, including:Health, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance
  • 401(k) with company matchavailable after one year of service on an eligibility date

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, evidence-basedprimary and family care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and health management
  • Performroutine examinations, manage patient appointments, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
  • Deliverhealth education and counselingto promote patient wellness and preventive care
  • Completeadministrative duties, including clinic opening/closing, inventory management, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection
  • Maintain aclean and organized clinical environment
  • Encourage patients to actively participate in their health through education and engagement in wellness and chronic care programs

Qualifications

  • LicensedFamily Nurse Practitioner (FNP)in the state of Massachusetts
  • Strong clinical, communication, and patient relationship skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
