Administrative Associate

Contract: 3+ months

Onsite for training than hybrid 2 days: Boston, MA 02115

Hourly rate: $24.00-28.00/hr

Must Haves:

Associates degree

4+ years of Administrative experience (in an Admin/EA role)

Depth of experience with calendar management

Strength with verbal and written communication skills

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents with attention to accuracy and professional presentation.

  • Create formatted documents and visual materials using desktop publishing or graphic software as needed.

  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls; greet and assist visitors and staff in a professional manner.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, reserve meeting spaces, order supplies, and prepare agendas and materials.

  • Arrange travel logistics, including transportation and accommodations.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating departmental events, seminars, and conferences.

  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and inventory; reorder standard supplies as necessary.

  • Prepare, route, and track routine administrative documents, ensuring timely completion and proper authorization.
