Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supports client correspondence, appointment booking, order follow up, including package shipping & returns/exchanges.
- Provides assistance with alteration, order placement, and order follow up requests, ensuring that relevant paperwork, digital tracking and orders are thoroughly completed.
- Supports in-store client service, hospitality and thoughtful, personalized curated experiences in partnership with store leadership.
- Facilitates product needs from other stores to support in-store appointments or consignments for the assigned Sales Professional.
- Supports personalized outreach to clients that are lapsed and beyond lapsed to re-engage them with Sales Professional and the brand.
- Supports product pulls, fitting room setup & recovery, floor presentation standards and seamless selling floor operations by embodying a “one team focused on the customer” mindset.
- Establishes processes and best practices for organizing client engagement and follow up for the Executive Sales Professional around key product arrivals, selling & brand events, promotional periods, marketing activations and important client lifestyle events & milestones.
- Actively participate in brand and product knowledge training, selling and service training, and client engagement coaching to bolster productivity and results for the Executive Sales Professional.
- Ensures all client information is captured in the concierge app.
- Handles sensitive and confidential with upmost discretion and adheres to company policies and ethical standards as outlined in the employee handbook.
