Herb & Fire is looking for positive, driven, and dependable Team Leaders to provide our guests with an experience they will not forget.
Duties & Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Ensure that all our guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
Ensure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes, portioning, cooking, and quality standards.
Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Provide suggestions to the General Manager as needed to improve overall operations.
Qualifications:
Have knowledge of service as well as food and beverage, generally involving at least one year of Fast Casual Restaurant Experience.
Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to operate the Mobilebytes POS system.
Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office and the use of email.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and periodically lift up to 20-25 pounds
Possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented, professional approach to leadership.
