We are seeking an experiencedSenior Accountant – Team Leadto join the team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting client engagements, preparing financial reports, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, client-facing experience, and leadership abilities to guide team members while delivering high-quality financial solutions.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Provide audit and tax support, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Partner with clients to deliver customized accounting solutions.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred, or actively in process of obtaining).
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a senior or mentorship capacity.
  • Strong proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with clients.
