Temecula's hospitality sector, boosted by Pechanga Resort Casino, shows steady demand for skilled cocktail servers. However, candidates with gaming licenses and proven customer service excellence often have an edge due to the specialized nature of casino beverage service roles in this region.
The role offers a base pay of $14.50 per hour plus tips. Given Pechanga’s high guest volume and premium service standards, tip earnings can substantially increase overall compensation, making this an attractive opportunity for servers skilled in fast, attentive beverage service.
New hires receive thorough training focused on PRC’s Four Diamond service standards, compliance with liquor laws, and Micros POS operation. This tailored onboarding ensures servers can confidently deliver high-quality beverage experiences aligned with the casino's upscale brand.

Strict adherence to all liquor laws and internal policies is enforced, with servers trained to recognize signs of intoxication and manage guest interactions responsibly. The casino environment supports ongoing compliance through clear procedures and management oversight.
While the Beverage Cocktail Server position does not include supervisory duties, Pechanga encourages internal growth. Demonstrating leadership, reliability, and mastering service standards can open doors to roles like lead server or supervisory positions within the resort’s hospitality team.
