Responsibilities
Maintain skills and competencies required of the Surgical Technologist position.
Maintains Surgical Technologist Certification
Demonstrates working knowledge of service lines including use of specialized equipment.
Primary Preceptor for the scrub role.
Complies with customer service requirements.
Actively participates in QI programs.
Respond to emergency situations under the direction of a RN.
Performs all other job related duties as assigned.
Maintains and gathers supplies to perform job
Maintains BLS
Job Qualifications and Specifications:
Graduation of an accredited Surgical Technologist program. Surgical Technologist Certification is required. BLS Certification Required.
