Fitness Director
Objective: To supervise, train, and evaluate all personal trainers and finess counselors and implement guidelines for establishing a safe and effective fitness program within the club.

1. Recruit and train all personal trainers and fitness staff.
2. Effectively schedule all trainers and fitness staff to provide the highest quality service for the club.
3. BUdget and track personal training revenues.
4. Integrate fitness programming and group exercise programs.
5. Implement and coordinate all in-house fitness programs for member retention.
6. Schedule and conduct fitness assessments.
7. Track and update staff certifications.
8. Provide effective feedback to fitness staff on a regular basis.
9. Provide continuing education opportunities for fitness staff.
10. Contribute material to the newsletter pertaining to their club.
11. Organize and conduct monthly fitness staff meetings.
12. Maintain established parameters for safety and cleanliness on the fitness floor.
