Candidate Profile
- JDfrom atop-tier law schoolwith an
- excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
- 2–6 yearsof substantive experience withtechnologyand
- gaming law
- Demonstrated experience handlingregulatory issuesand
- litigation actions , including
- consumer class action ,
- gambling loss recovery
- actions , and
- mass arbitration
- Experience withstate Attorney Generaland
- Gambling Commission actions and
- investigations
- Multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworksexperience is
- preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills, with demonstrated attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

- Managestate Attorney General and Gambling Commission actions and investigations.
- Conduct legal researchand prepare high-quality, persuasive written work
