Executive Assistant
You must be physically present on-site in Anchorage, Alaska to perform this job.
This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work – No exceptions.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Review, Manage, and Respond to all incoming emails on multiple accounts.
- Answer calls with a professional and consistent formal tone.
- Review, Manage, and Follow-up on voicemails on all phones.
- Answer customers` questions and inquiries about specific products/services.
- Review, Submit, Confirm, and Manage all Special Orders with vendors (international and domestic).
- Maintain proper file organization with all projects and special orders – allowing for anyone to simply pull a folder and be able to answer questions on their own.
- Manage, Assist, Follow-up with, and Maintain Records all incoming and outgoing product exchanges/returns between customers and/or vendors.
- Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database.
- Establish and maintain communicable relationships with all vendors through all mediums (email, text, phone, etc.). Assist them with any inquiries about special orders and/or stock orders.
- With Owner(s) guidance: Assist, Plan, Manage any travel logistics of staff and/or product transfers (store-to-store, or roadshow-to-roadshow), lodging, etc.
- Maintain adequate stock of office supplies; Planning and Managing equipment repairs/replacement.
- Ability to navigate and quickly research for answers concerning relevant topics related to day-to-day business.
- Knowledge and Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Knowledge and Proficiency with Adobe Suite (PDF, Acrobat, etc.)
- Basic IT knowledge, addressing printer/fax issues, internet connectivity, etc.
- Keep the back office, and work area clean and organized.
Job Requirements & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Retail Store Lead, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to learn about and retain the many types of furs, their differences, and their origins (this will be included in your training).
- Must be able to maintain, manage, and meet deadlines and goals.
- Must be able to lift/move +65lbs on occasion.
- Must have a positive and outgoing attitude.
- Must always maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Experience:
- Administrative, office management, or store management experience: 2 years (Required)
- High End Retail Sales: 2 years (Required)
Job Types: Full-time
Hourly Range: $19-25 per hour –Depending on experience
Schedule Requirements:
- 8-hour shift, with 30-minute lunch
- Hours of operation: 10am – 6:30pm (may vary on occasion and season)
- 5 days a week
- Monday – Friday
