Candidate Profile:
- JDfrom a top-tier law school with a
- strong academic record .
- Bar Admission in Texas.
- 4–6 yearsof substantive experience inemploymentor
- class action
- litigation , with a
- desire for trial work.
- Experiencedefending employment discrimination,
- EEOC/DOL ,
- wage and hour claims, including
- class action lawsuits .
- Background in counseling employers onfederaland
- state employment law compliance ,
- drafting workplace policies , and assisting clients with general
