Job Description
Objective: To guide members 9-13 years of age through fun and dynamic activities and to provide exceptional customer service by going above and beyond for both youths and parents
Reports to: Jr. Activities Coordinator
Responsibilities:
1. Arrive 5 – 10 minutes early, dressed in appropriate uniform and prepare for scheduled activity.
2. Check communication log daily.
3. Perform all duties with the safety of the youths in mind at all times.
4. Enforce 9-13 year old club policy.*
5. Motivate the 9-13 year olds to participate in activities and achieve goals.
6. Start and end activities on time.
7. Interact with youths and parents to assure satisfaction.
8. Promote ongoing activities and special events to members.
9. Report any missing or damaged activities equipment to Jr. Activities Coordinator in a timely manner.
10. Report daily activity attendance to Jr. Activities Coordinator as established.
11. Attend mandatory Jr. Activities and all-staff meetings.
*9-13 Year Old Club Policy:
1. May only be checked into the club with an adult (18+).
2. Will receive a wristband upon entry at the Front Desk.
3. May be signed into the Study Zone, located in the Kid Zone.
4. May attend Jr. Group X classes, youth activities, and Family Friendly classes.
5. May use non-motorized cardio equipment. Maynotuse motorized equipment (treadmills and stepmills).
6. May use mechanical weights ifdirectlysupervised by an adult (18+).
7. Must be supervised by an adult (18+) when in pool area, or playing basketball or racquetball.
8. May not be in free weight areas.
9. May not use saunas or steam rooms.
