The Business Analyst job duties include supporting production cases, agency partners and OBG internally driven initiatives. This includes managing the business requirement development life cycle; documenting business rules and functional process maps; developing a requirements traceability matrix; creating test cases, test data, and criteria for acceptance; supporting quality assurance acting as a liaison between the customer community and the technical development team; tracking changes and clarifying any issues/risks; supporting Help Desk functions related to production cases.
