Description:
You will support development, configuration, and integration of new solution modules, in addition to operations and maintenance of existing technical components in the Agency HR technology stack. Activities include designing, developing and configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system enhancements and updates. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple technologies in agile team setup and will collaborate with functional analysts and client users.

Required skills/Level of Experience:
Career level with a complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts. Minimum 5 years’ experience + bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associate degree +2 years’ experience; 6 years’ experience; or relevant professional certification); Successful completion of higher education which has not resulted in a degree may be counted as one year of experience.
· Experience in large and complex IT projects, preferably in the Human Capital space – 5+ years
· Experience with full stack development, including developing and configuring AWS services like Glue and Lambda – 5+ years
· Experience with integration development, including creating REST/SOAP services and working with ETL tools. – 5+ years
· Agile certification
· Experience developing and executing unit test scripts, troubleshooting issues, supporting user acceptance testing, and creating technical designs – 5+ years
· Proven ability to learn and adopt new technologies
Preferred skills:
· Experience with human capital systems, especially in support of Federal cusotmers
· Experience working with SAFe
