We’re seeking a skilled and motivatedSpeech-Language Pathologistto join their rehabilitative team and help patients in an outpatient setting achieve their highest level of communication and swallowing function.
What You’ll Do:
  • Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
  • Provide direct therapy to pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and techniques.

  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with policy.

  • Participate in departmental initiatives, in-service training, and continuing education.

  • Contribute to the development of innovative speech therapy programs and services.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.

  • Eligible for New York State licensure and registration.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain.

  • One to two years of hospital-based experience preferred;

  • new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 90 days of hire).
