  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
  • Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-core, etc.)
  • Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable material using welding techniques and equipment.
  • Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Grind, cut, or bend metal pieces using torches, shears, or other tools.

Welder Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-core).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
